You do not automatically create a customer account when placing an order!
In order to track your package and access your space, create your account with username and password here . Be sure to use the email address that was used to place your order.

We deliver our products in France 🇫🇷 as well as in all countries of the European Union 🇪🇺 for the moment.
Do you live abroad? Write to us at hello@charlot-paris.com and we will do everything so that you can receive your CHARLOT · Paris product 🙌
Delivery in France is free from 50€ of purchases.
Below this amount, you will be charged €2.83 for delivery.
All our products are sent directly by La Poste
In the rest of the European Union, delivery costs 5€
You can pay for your order securely by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, etc.) or via a PayPal account.
During checkout, choose the “Pay with Scalapay” option to pay for a third of your order once a month for 3 months 😋.
If you are eligible for 3x free payment, there is no minimum order amount and no additional fees.
Delivery problem
If your package has not yet arrived on the expected date, don't worry, it is possible that La Poste is simply experiencing a slight delay, your order will arrive in the next few days 😉
To track your package, you will receive an email with your tracking number upon shipment. You can also find your tracking number in your customer account. You must log in to your account .

If your package is more than 7 days late, contact customer service at hello@charlot-paris.com with the reason for your email in the subject line.
We will respond to you within 24 business hours 😌
Simply have it delivered to the post office closest to you with the "Poste restante" service.
In addition to your surname and first name, indicate the mention Poste restante in the Company field of the order form then enter the address of the desired post office.
You have 15 days to collect your package.

To track your shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number within 2 working days of your order 😉

As part of an international delivery, your package may be stuck at customs for a few days, don't worry, it should arrive shortly 😉
If it takes too long, contact the after-sales service at hello@charlot-paris.com with the reason for your email in the subject.

Returns
If you have a problem with your hull model or its color, please note that we can exchange it free of charge 😉
If you would like to exchange or receive a refund, please send an email to customer service at hello@charlot-paris.com and specify:
* If you would like a refund or exchange
*The reason for this procedure
*Add photos if relevant
If you have started an exchange or refund procedure, be aware that your returns are sorted twice a week.

Problem with my order
If you receive a defective item, send an email to the after-sales service at hello@charlot-paris.com with the reason for your request in the subject of the email and photos of the defective item.
We will process your request within 24 hours maximum 😌
If you have not received the correct model in your order, send an email to the after-sales service at hello@charlot-paris.com with the reason for your request in the subject of the email and photos of the item received 😌
We will clarify the situation together within 24 hours maximum 😌
If an item has been forgotten in your order, send an email to the after-sales service at hello@charlot-paris.com specifying the reason for your request in the subject of the email and the missing item(s).
We will send you back what you are missing as soon as possible!
